Tony Whitney Bio

Tony Whitney has been a journalist and broadcaster for more than two decades, specializing in automobiles, automobile culture and the auto industry. His work has appeared in major newspapers across North America and in business, lifestyle, automotive and specialist magazines and websites worldwide. He co-hosted the network (PBS, CBC etc.) TV show Driver’s Seat for more than 20 years and guests regularly on TV and on radio. He served four terms as president of the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada and has served as a juror in the US-based North American Car and Truck of the Year competition and the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame.
